Shipping Methods
Firefly Brew uses Federal Express or USPS (either Ground or Air, depending on your location) to transport your valuable package of Kombucha. For this reason, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Return Policy
Due to the sensitive temperature and packaging requirements for shipping our raw, organic kombucha or other organic remedy products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or cancel an order after it has been processed. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us through https://fireflybrew.com/pages/contact/, and we will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Subscriptions are ongoing until you cancel. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you may do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

- Kombucha is a fermented & carbonated beverage that contains live probiotics. We produce, store, and ship our products under cold conditions to prevent further fermentation, which could lead to increased carbonation pressure. Please avoid opening your kombucha near sensitive materials or equipment to prevent potential damage.
- Your kombucha will arrive in an insulated box designed to maintain appropriate cold temperatures. Firefly Brew is not responsible for lost or stolen kombucha, products left out for extended periods, or delays due to weather or other unrelated factors.
- Additionally, Firefly Brew cannot be held liable for damaged or compromised kombucha under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect addresses: We ship to the exact address you enter at checkout. Please doublecheck your address for accuracy before submitting your order. If there are delivery issues, please contact FedEx.
- Unopened shipments: Firefly Brew shipping boxes are clearly marked as "PERISHABLE" and must be refrigerated soon after receipt.
